•  We will communicate via email with all participants in the upcoming weeks, so please keep an eye on your inbox! 

• ​If you need to change your registration or a partner cannot attend within 10 days of the tournament, you will be assigned someone of the same category and playing level from our Waiting List.

For the Day of the Tournament: 

​

• You will be receiving an estimated time of arrival based on your category. 

• It is strongly recommended that you pack beverages, snacks, and playing equipment to utilize throughout your time in the tournament. 

• If weather does not allow the tournament to happen, the date will be postponed and all players will continue to have their spot guaranteed for the postponed date. 

• If you have concerns about your ability to play on the day of the game, you must still show up to the tournament.
